Millennials

I am so excited about the younger generation in the workplace. Millennials, age 20-36 are the coolest! Typically considered to have been born from 1977-1996. When McDonald’s moves their corporate offices to the hip, cool West Randolph area, with Google and other high tech firms from Oak Brook after all these years, something is shifting!
I am so excited about seeing a more human work culture that is listening! I have worked as a professional speaker and executive coach for years with corporations, associations and small businesses and I continue to be impressed with the Millennials commitment to quality, creative work practices and most important their ability to see a bigger picture of community and what is possible!
